Lessons

Mat lessons (in small groups of 6 to a maximum of 15 participants):

Mat exercises are the core of The Pilates method
We tailor our lessons to all levels of ability.

  • Basic mat (beginners): The basic exercises and techniques are introduced gently. After a year, you can go to:
  • Intermediate mat (with 1 to 2 years experience): The repertoire is extensive and resistance is added by working with the magic circle, triad ball and weights etc.

After mastering these exercises (after 1 to 2 years) you can go to:

  • Open level mat (with 2 to 3 years experience): Here we work on refining the technique and improving control. When you feel up to the challenge you can go to:
  • Advanced mat: Exercises and transitions follow each other harmoniously with optimum control. This is a real workout.

All of these lessons are held at regular intervals (see schedule).
