Mat Lessons (Small Groups: 6 to 15 Participants)ā

Mat exercises form the core of The Pilates method. We tailor our lessons to all levels of ability. All mat lessons are held at regular intervals, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Basic Mat (Beginners):

Introduction to basic exercises and techniques.
After a year, progress to : Intermediate Mat (1 to 2 Years Experience)

Extensive repertoire with added resistance using the magic circle, triad ball, weights, etc.
After mastering these exercises, move on to: Open Level Mat (2 to 3 Years Experience)

Focus on refining technique and improving control.
